Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies – Coldplay Air-conditioning & Engineering Services
Booking: Schedule at least 2–3 days in advance.
Payment:
Repair & Maintenance – Pay after service.
Installations – 50% down, 30% progress, 20% completion.
Cancellation: Less than 24 hours notice = 50% cancellation fee.
Reschedule: Free if 24+ hours before schedule.
Access: Ensure area is ready and accessible on service day.
No Show: Charged 50% of service amount.
